Jessica Leonard is an associate principal who brings comprehensive programming, space planning, strategic planning, and design skills to the firm. She has more than 12 years of experience managing and leading large, complex master plan projects for clients including The Ohio State University, Purdue University, and the Smithsonian Institution. She is passionate about engaging with stakeholders to guide decisions that shape the character of an institution and its vision for the future. Jessica is a member of SCUP and received the Alpha Rho Chi Medal and a University Fellowship from the University of Maryland. She is a founder of the SHARPkids program in Baltimore City, where she also serves as a youth mentor.
