Eric Zobrist is a principal with more than 20 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing large-scale higher education, corporate, retail, and mixed-use residential projects. Since joining Ayers Saint Gross, he has honed his expertise in the delivery of developer-driven student housing projects with significant developments at the University of South Carolina, University of Southern California, and adjacent to Arizona State University’s Main and Downtown Campuses. Eric is an integral part of the leadership in the Tempe, Arizona office. He led the Ayers Saint Gross team on two high-profile and complex projects in downtown Phoenix: the University of Arizona Health Sciences Education Building and Roosevelt Point Housing Development. Currently he is working on the Texas Tech University Experimental Sciences Building II, the University of North Texas Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building, and the Hayden Library Reimagination at Arizona State University.
