Designed to support visual and performing arts at Mount St. Mary’s University, the Delaplaine Fine Arts Center hosts performances, concerts, lectures, and exhibits featuring the extraordinary talent of students, faculty, and staff. The venue—a renovated and expanded 1900s quarried-stone building—includes a 150-seat, black-box theater with state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment, plush seating, and a dance floor. The building houses an art gallery, classrooms, and faculty offices for the department.
