The renewal transforms 15 city blocks into a center of traditional culture, heritage, and commerce, and a central link in the emerging Heritage Trail of Riyadh. Design focuses include the restoration of the urban fabric, new construction, parking, and infrastructure. Addoho Quarter includes a vibrant mix of family-friendly uses: a traditional hotel, shops, restaurants, mosques, an interpretive center, and public gathering spaces. Modern, flexible infrastructure is threaded throughout the site, yet invisible below the rebuilt historic streets.
