We promote diversity and the continual development of each individual, the firm and our communities.

Ayers Saint Gross develops talented design professionals by cultivating an environment of exploration, rigor, and continual learning. We undertake research to support the ideas behind our work. In-house design seminars, peer groups, and our mentorship program focus on personal and professional development goals.

Ayers Saint Gross endeavors to make a permanent, long-term difference in our professions and communities through investments in social, educational, and cultural programs. Not only do we contribute financially, but we strive to donate more than one percent of our time to philanthropic efforts, ranging from the United Way to mentoring local students.

Our culture and team spirit extend beyond the work day. Firm employees develop long-lasting personal and professional relationships through organizations, memberships, and company-sponsored activities such as field trips, sports teams, bowling tournaments, barbeques, holiday parties, and happy hours.

Our annual Chili Cook-offs are held in each office
