The master plan and concept designs for Malaysia’s Perdana University Graduate School of Medicine envisions the integration of healthcare and research facilities on acreage outside Kuala Lumpur. This academic medical center is being developed with Johns Hopkins Medicine to support an innovative approach to education based on its American curriculum. Laboratory and hospital buildings are organized to encourage discovery and collaboration among medical researchers and clinicians. Sustainability, operational efficiency, and cultural sensitivity support the entire plan.
