Ayers Saint Gross, as part of a design-build team with Biltmore Construction and Canerday, Belfsky + Arroyo Architects, transformed the campus recreation center and Sun Dome Arena through an extensive renovation and addition. The first phase provides a facility dedicated to health and fitness with exercise rooms, indoor running track and student-athlete training table. Dining facilities and catering kitchen accommodate campus events. The revamped structure establishes a community focal point, offering a variety of programs and services that complement the educational mission of the university.
