The BioPark plan incorporates elements from the UMB Campus Master Plan, and responds to the scale and massing of the surrounding residential buildings. These aesthetic ideals, along with implementation of the typical campus streetscape, will reinforce the connection back to the University. At full build out, the BioPark will total between 1.4-1.8 million GSF and will consist of twelve flexible research and office buildings, parking facilities, and substantially upgraded pedestrian connections and open green spaces.
