This housing study investigates the feasibility of expanding or redeveloping existing University of Kentucky housing in accordance with the goals of Ayers Saint Gross’s campus master plan and the current growth trends. The study led to the build out of new housing, consisting of two sites, four residence halls and 684 beds. The community areas include a wide range of living-learning components such as classrooms, faculty apartments, music practice rooms, a cafe, gallery and multi-purpose space.
