Ayers Saint Gross master planned the 28-acre Phoenix Biomedical Campus (PBC) in downtown Phoenix as a world-class destination for biomedical research, health education, and clinical services. At full development, this land area will support more than six million square feet of interrelated uses in a thoughtfully phased and enduring land-use strategy. The planning process included community-based input, a specific period of peer review, and analysis of comparable academic health care campuses. The PBC Master Plan is the first comprehensive development strategy to define land use, infrastructure, density profiles, and green space parameters for this area.
