Expertise grows with new offices and international projects.

In 2005, Jim Wheeler succeeded Richard Ayers to become president of the firm as it expanded its reach in designing cultural facilities and international projects. This rapid growth led to the opening of offices in Washington, DC and Tempe, Arizona, to support projects in those locations. Disciplines related to architecture, including planning, landscape architecture, and graphic design, were added to support campus and institutional projects of increasing size and sophistication. The firm now employs 130 professionals in three offices and is performing work in 70 cities and 21 countries.
