Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus is a community center in Washington, D.C. offering numerous cultural and educational opportunities to the community. Phase I, The Covenant House Washington Building, is a 2-story community service center that houses the administration, educational and counseling departments. Phase II, The Education and Arts Building, features a theater, stage, orchestra pit, gymnasium, cross courts, a dance studio, recital hall, community room, art studio, classroom spaces, and a community clinic.
