The Thames Street Wharf is the cornerstone of Harbor Point, a planned development prominently located on the Baltimore, MD waterfront. The EPA has defined the area as a brownfield site. The landscape consists of an elevated plaza between buildings and a waterfront pedestrian promenade. Retail, residential, as well as commercial and neighborhood components provide a rich mixture of user-groups who inhabit the landscape in varying ways, at varying times. The landscape accommodates this variety by providing designated settings for patrons, complete with outstanding views of the Harbor.
