Emory University is building a 10-acre Freshman Housing Village. Phase I, Turman Hall, is a five-story building with 130 beds. A proper balance of study and socialization is encouraged through its delineation of spaces. Phase II, Few and Evans Halls, consist of 293 beds and include two freshman residence halls. Phase III, Freshman Hall 4, includes 351 beds and features a two-story complex lounge. The buildings are designed to raise environmental awareness on campus and to support sustainable practices.
