Construction began Tuesday on a multifamily project near the downtown campus of Arizona State University. The yet-unnamed community will have 325 units of various sizes and designs. It is located at Roosevelt and Third streets on a 3-acre lot. Approximately 60 percent of the units will be furnished. The project includes a 400-plus space parking garage and about 10,000 square feet of ground level retail space. Construction will be completed in July 2013. The architect is Ayers Saint Gross.
